Experienced Residential Conveyancer - Central Newcastle Unique opportunity to join the Newcastle office of one of the largest conveyancing firms in the UK. My clients is a heavyweight in the Residential Conveyancing sector, providing a fast-paced, client-focused service which has won notable awards. They are recruiting for experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their well-established offices in Newcastle. You will be given autonomy to manage a varied caseload freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties. Applicants need to have a minimum of 4 years of residential conveyancing experience. You will be accustomed to working with a high volume caseload, managing complex cases from initial instructions through to exchange of contracts and completion of each transaction. It is essential you are able to self manage, working to targets and deadlines whilst delivering and maintaining a high-quality service.
