Overview

Telesales Account Manager, Bournemouth Dovetail Recruitment are working with a well-established, award winning Bournemouth based company in looking for a self-motivated Telesales Account Manager to join their team due to growth. They are offering full training and great progression opportunities. The Telesales Account Manager will be selling a wide range of products and be responsible for account managing your own customer accounts, as well as building up your own customer base and then managing the accounts end to end. This is a business to business sales role. The successful candidate needs to have a confident telephone manner and have experience making sales calls. Duties and Responsibilities: Building and managing customer accounts, selling a wide range of products relevant to them Liaising with customers to ensure their orders arrive promptly Delivering highest levels of customer service Generating new business through cold calling businesses Building excellent rapport with customers to ensure repeat business Full training will be given Knowledge and Experience: Experience making cold calls and confident on the phone Able to work to sales and call targets Strong IT skills Self-motivated Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Salary and Benefits: Salary: C£21,000 Excellent uncapped commission scheme Weekly and monthly bonuses Holidays: 20 days bank holidays Monday to Friday working hours Great benefits on offer such as early finishes and free lunches Excellent sales incentives Fantastic offices/working environment This Telesales Account Manager role would suit candidates who have experience working in a customer service/sales role making outbound cold calls to customers and who are motivated working to targets.
