Start here Catalent Pharma Solutions are looking to recruit a Senior .Net Developer where you will be responsible for managing software design and development activities for systems that directly support Catalent’s global Clinical Supply Services (CSS) business. This is a hands-on role as well as being responsible for overseeing and managing on-shore contractors and off-shore teams as and when needed for designing, developing, documenting and testing solutions that solve unique business requirements, streamline business processes and/or enable strategic capabilities. The Role You will manage all IT development projects (web based, client facing, integrations etc.) aligned to pre-defined goals and objectives by effectively planning, prioritizing and administering work to contractors / off-shore teams or partnering organizations. Ensures that these teams work collaboratively with other project team members and deliver projects per agreed timelines. Contributes to the above in all aspects of systems analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, documenting and implementation activities. Performs technical reviews of developed solutions by others to ensure activities are completed in accordance with development standards and practices. Provides technical expertise, guidance and direction to cross-functional implementation teams that are responsible for the configuration, testing, and validation of all CSS IT related systems. Participates with business and IT teams in the design of solutions to help ensure the feasibility and applicability of such developed solutions meet the needs of the business. Ensures that all developed, configured and deployed systems comply with all applicable regulatory, legal, and fiduciary policies, practices and requirements. The Candidate Computer Systems validation (CSV) experience is required for this role as is previous exposure to working within the highly regulated Pharmaceutical industry Hands-on application experience using SQL Server Database or Oracle database Csharp, ASP.Net . This role requires hands-on experience creating the necessary validation documentation to support project-based activities e.g SGR’s (Stage Gate Reports) etc. Hands-on experience in supporting existing systems and preparing all associated documentation for system enhancements, bug fixes, data fixes, configuration changes etc. e.g. Change Controls, Ability to lead and direct team members and peers (including contractors and off-shore resource) Ability to encourage and facilitate results orientation and collaboration amongst the team. Provide expertise and direction in technical processes and development including SDLC methodologies, UI, reporting, interface development, data conversions, development tools and Able to assess and develop strategies for achieving the needs of the user community.
