Specification Sales Manager - Floorcoverings Job Title: Specification Sales Manager - Floorcoverings Industry Sector: Interior Products, Flooring, Floorcoverings, Wall Protection, Luxury Vinyl Tile, Safety Flooring, Hygienic Flooring, Flooring Accessories, Trims, Architects, Interior Designers, A&D, End Users, Main Contractors, Flooring Contractors Area to be covered: London (30 minutes commutable from M25) Remuneration: £45,000 - £65,000neg (depending n exp) £10,000 - £20,000 uncapped commission Benefits: BMW 5 series OR equivalent comprehensive benefits package The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Floorcoverings will involve: Field sales position, selling a high quality range of range of high quality manufactured range of floor coverings and accessories into commercial projects such as: universities, schools, office blocks, hospitals and public buildings Majority of your time will be spent generating specification via architects and interior designers and end users The remaining portion of your time will be spent stimulating demand and selling directly to main contractors, flooring contractors and sub-contractors Targeted to achieve circa £950k turnover per annum with huge growth potential Dealing with order values ranging from £1k - £500k per project, with average projects sizes ranging from £15k-25k 50/50 spilt managing existing accounts and generating new business relationships Have the potential to hire 2 people and make one head of the Southern sales team The ideal applicant will be Specification Sales Manager -Floorcoverings with: Must have field sales experience selling an aesthetically pleasing related interior product such as flooring, carpets, wall coverings, ceilings, vanishes, paints, acoustics, laminates, screeds, vinyl flooring, tiles, sports surfaces, rubber flooring Must have experience selling via architects, interior designers (A&D) Ideally experience of selling to flooring contractors and main contractors Must have worked on projects such as universities, schools, office blocks, hospitals and public buildings Strong commercial awareness Ambitious, driven and hungry Genuine ambition to succeed and progress your career Energetic, enthusiastic and self motivated Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Field Sales Jobs, Construction field sales vacancies and Specification field sales positions within: Interior Products, Flooring, Floorcoverings, Wall Protection, Luxury Vinyl Tile, Safety Flooring, Hygienic Flooring, Flooring Accessories, Trims, Architects, Interior Designers, A&D, End Users, Main Contractors, Flooring Contractors
