Overview

Recruitment Consultant (Business Development) Bristol £18,000 to £24,000 DOE. Uncapped monthly commission, Large on Target Earnings available. At BMR we are currently looking to expand our teams across all areas and have the immediate need for 2 additional team members within the permanent desk in the manufacturing/engineering sector. The role offers uncapped earning potential in a challenging outbound sales-based environment. You will receive comprehensive training in a full 360 recruitment consultant role and be surrounded by a team of highly experienced recruiters within the UK's manufacturing/engineering sectors. We pride ourselves on delivering on high standards of skills based training and focused support on your personal development, we will ensure you are given every tool to achieve your targets and hit your goals Further to this we have very clear and structured career progression with generous salary increases along with a highly competitive monthly commission structure You will become highly competent at managing customer relationships, developing key accounts, securing and expanding on revenue streams into the business. BMR has been in operation for nearly 17 years and has a very strong presence in the industry having developed and maintained key relationships with many household names within the UK's engineering and manufacturing market. We operate across temporary/fixed term, contract and permanent markets and are equipped to provide into any requirement our clients have.
