Overview

Think Specialist Recruitment are working with a leading water company who serve businesses across the United Kingdom. They provide billing services, meter reads, leak detection and repair, automatic meter reading and a host of other ancillary services to provide a better service to customers, save them money on water and protect the environment. Duties for the Customer Service Executive Identifying key customer stakeholders to facilitate sharing of information Collecting information about a customer's site, building or water infrastructure Populating data within our databases Enquiring as to changes that may have taken place on site Booking engineers to attend a customer's site Making Updates within our CRM systems Experience Utilities background Would suit an Engineering Graduate looking to gain experience in Utilities (not essential) Good telephone manner, excellent communication skills Can persuade and motivate others to provide information Commercial awareness to help identify opportunities Any sales related experience would be beneficial (but not mandatory) Any previous role booking engineers to attend site would be beneficial Preferrably 1 years' of relevant sales experience Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Benefits Work in an amazing site Full training development and continued support Get valuable experience of working with colleagues, talking to people Get valuable operational experience and utilities expertise Opportunity for commission sales If you are interested and have the experience please apply by sending your CV.
