I am working with a Central London based Branding Agency who are looking for a Middleweight Branding Designer to join their team of circa 5 people. The agency understands that company culture and brand identity go hand in hand, where one must reflect the other. The team work as brand consultants, partnering closely with their clients and their employees to build the brand from the inside out. They focus on Brand Values, Change Management and Employee Engagement and then develop Brand Strategy, Brand Architecture and Guidelines which translate into Visual and Experience Design across print, digital and large format platforms. The agency specialise within corporate sectors such as Business, Technology, Finance, Government, Public Sector, Health Care and Education sectors where informed, purpose lead branding design is crucial. Working within the team you will build on your branding agency experience of 3 years, utilising your conceptual thinking, problem solving and research skills. You will enjoy bringing your ideas to life across all visual and communication channels and will flourish in an environment where training and up-skilling is encouraged.
