Internal Client Relationship Manager

Interaction Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager with one of the UK’s leading property and legal service companies. This role focuses on supporting the existing CRM’s with an existing client base of new homes developers, sharing ownership of the client relationship with the current CRM team, as well as managing the internal relationships between the client and operational teams. Job Responsibilities Managing all requirements when existing CRMs are out of the office on client visits Building and maintaining new and existing client relationships Ensuring client requirements and targets are being achieved Managing the part exchange business flowing into the company as efficiently and professionally as possible Working with operations teams to improve/ensure excellent service delivery Upsell products and services Analise figures and data The Person Good relationship building & communication skills at a senior level Experience of working to targets and SLA’s Must have the ability to deal with constraints, often not directly within your control Good problem solving skills Must be driven and able to engage others Good knowledge of the New Homes industry in the UK would be desirable On Offer Salary £20,000 - £25,000PA bonus DOE Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm Subsidised café Onsite parking If you hold the skills and experience stated, please send your CV to or call .
