The opportunity: Our client is a family-run independent estate agency based in Surrey Quays and is currently looking to recruit a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join the team They strive to be the most professional and reputable estate agents in London and pride themselves on having long standing staff members that returning clients have grown to know and trust over the years. With superior local knowledge and experience, our client is able to offer a bespoke service that has resulted in them becoming a true market leader in the area. To be considered for this role you will have at least 4 years’ experience within residential lettings and have preferably worked in the London/Greater London market. Our client offers fantastic progression opportunities and ensure that all their staff are fully trained via NAEA and ARLA. Personal specification: • Confident dealing with people • Superb customer service skills • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets • Take pride in your work • Deliver consistently high standards under pressure • Good knowledge of the Microsoft packages • Full UK driving licence. The package: The salary on offer will include a basic and on targets earnings figure in the region of £40,000 to £50,000. A company car (67 B class Mercedes) or car allowance will be provided. Benefits include 20 days holiday plus all bank holidays. Holiday will increase by 1 day each year up to a maximum of 10 extra days per annum. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm. You will be given 2 days back in lieu per month.
