Store manager Harpenden up to 23k -6 month contract We are partnering with a premium creative fashion brand, looking for a store manager for their outlet store based in, Harpenden. This is a great opportunity for an assistant manager to gain store manager experience. I am keen to hear from established retail leaders, from a commercial and service driven background. This premium fashion and occasional wear brand are well known on the high-street, for delivering a great customer experience, with a great British heritage brand. What we are looking for… Store manager Harpenden up to 23k -6 month contract •You will be commercially driven and able to impact results through reviewing reports and visual impact. •Process driven Standards are a real focus in an outlet environment, as there will be a quick turn-around of product. You will be a natural when it comes to multi-tasking, always curious to improve consistency when managing store processes and efficiency. •We are looking for an inspiring leader, naturally able to engage with their team and lead by example. •Exposure to HR scenarios and leading formal meetings, disciplinary and investigations. Consistently, driving development and managing performance. •Able to build strong relationships with the outlet host, neighbours and support partners, to maximise the business. •You will be an established retail store or assistant manager from a customer focused background, always putting the customer at the heart of your decision making.
