Channel Manager EMEA - Technology Thames Valley/London About Amulet Hotkey Working with many of the biggest names in the IT industry, such as Dell EMC, Intel, NVIDIA and Teradici, Amulet Hotkey is a proven innovator in the design, manufacture and system integration of high availability IT solutions for remote physical and virtual PC and server workstations. Amulet Hotkey has recently entered an exciting chapter of its 30 years history with significant growth investment from a leading UK based tech fund. Our core market of financial trading systems has expanded into command-and-control, media and virtualisation building on a solid reputation for engineering excellence and world-class customer support in delivering new technology into the mission critical ecosystems of our clients. We’re now looking for a Channel Manager EMEA to join our exceptionally talented and supportive team to drive the revenue and growth within our partners along with looking for new partners in the EMEA reseller channel. The main elements of your role will be: - Analyse, identify and develop relationships with new channel partners, as well as overseeing their integration and onboarding. - Craft and implement channel sales strategies including negotiating contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel partners and ensure compliance with partner agreements. - Strategically manage and grow EMEA distributor relationships, evaluating their performance and identify opportunities to seek deeper market penetration. - Represent the Company at industry trade shows and events both in the UK and overseas. Your other duties will also include: - Working with the marketing team to develop channel marketing plans, provide feedback and evaluate success of such plans. - Working on cross selling opportunities within the organisation. - Channel partner management included training partners to sell, market awareness, presentations and packaging the Amulet Hotkey solution offerings. - Regularly meeting with counterparts within partner organisations. - Maintaining a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning. To be considered as the Channel Manager EMEA, you will need: - extensive experience within a similar role within the Tech industry, ideally IT hardware. - to successfully demonstrate having met multi-million dollar quotas. - comprehensive knowledge of the IT hardware channel. - experience of negotiating and preparing channel partner agreements. - to be driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales. - full driving licence and flexibility to travel within the UK and overseas. Location The role can be based at either our London or Devon offices. We will consider remote workers based in the South of England who are able to work from our London office on a regular basis.
