Why Work Here Great earning potential: You'll get structured base salary increases, starting at 19k and reaching 25k within your first year. With their very competitive and uncapped commission structure, the average earnings for previous employee's for their first year is between £30-40K. A three-month training programme which includes one-on-one training with the director, an dedicated external trainer and constant mentor-ship with senior staff members. A graduate we placed in 2017 is now managing their own team The Role Due to the success and increased work flow, they are looking to hire two trainee recruitment consultants to support senior consultants on a wide range of contingent and search projects. You will join the company as a talent acquisition specialist and your day to day responsibilities will include: Researching and understanding the automotive market Identifying the best individuals on the market through a multitude of channels including phone-based, internet and face-to-face meetings Sourcing candidates for a variety of different job roles Networking with executive candidates and clients Effectively pitching job roles to candidates to get them interested Requirements: - A 2:1 equivalent or above at degree level education - A demonstrable interest in the automotive industry - Ability to build long lasting relationships and present yourself as credible and professional when communicating with candidates and clients - Commercially aware with a good understanding of business and the recruitment process - Hungry to succeed and build a long-term career
