Overview
Connect the country as a software graduate in sales We're delivering smart digital and software solutions that keep our country running smoothly. As a software graduate in sales you'll be working with behind-the-scenes technology which make lives easier, for staff and customers nationwide. It all starts with a two-day induction in our London office, where you'll meet with senior leaders. Throughout your time on the programme you'll benefit from ongoing coaching sessions, networking events, skills training and help with development. Together, we can continue to deliver software that will shape the future of business. What you'll be doing: Strengthening relationships by helping our clients understand how we can make change happen Working on challenging projects across multiple areas of Capita Taking responsibility for sales, client interactions and solving real problems Working with industry professionals to build your technical and soft skills, and grow your business knowledge. What we're looking for: A 2:1 degree or higher (either achieved or expected to achieve within last 3 years) A passion for sales and career advancement A strong interest in software and the curiosity to look for new ways to solve problems An individual who's ambitious and self-motivated Strong communication skills with an enthusiasm for working with others Organisational skills and an understanding of commercial business. As we're a large organisation with offices throughout the UK, you'll also need to be prepared to travel and relocate from day 1.
