Due to expansion, we are looking for a number of experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our business at our offices in Manchester, London and Derby. Responsibilities: Building and placing sustainable talent pools in your specialist markets Business development and networking to generate new business The development of existing accounts and positioning Xpertise as the benchmark supplier within your accounts Coaching, mentoring, motivating and training of staff with commitment to best practice of systems, processes and procedures What are we looking for? Experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the Technology or Professional Services industry A demonstrable record as a successful billing 360 consultant A demonstrable track record of winning & delivering new business across a vertical market To be authentic, honest and care about colleagues, candidates and clients.
