B2B Sales Executive £30,000.00 - £45,000.00 OTE We have an exciting position for B2B Sales Executive to join one of the UK's leading adult skills training providers. Would you like to sell something that every employer wants and needs and costs them absolutely nothing and best of all changes people lives for the better? Your role will be to engage employers and generate opportunities to train their workforce through new business acquisition across multiple sectors as well as retaining and growing delivery from existing employers in line with agreed targets. We offer employers and employees free training through our fully government funded programmes and courses to help employers grow their business. The Role: Source new sales lead using the internet (Google, Linkedin, Indeed) trade press, business press, industry contacts, and CRM system. To contact new clients by telephone in order to arrange face to face appointments across a variety of sectors (Construction, Business admin and finance, manufacturing and digital, IT and communications) Build effective relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business. To write a detailed training proposals to meet employer’s needs To arrange and attend face -to - face client meeting for a larger sales opportunity. To build an effective pipeline and forecast accurately. To update client information on the CRM system. To manage client's expectation, ensuring we deliver on agreed SLA's Manage your own KPIs and targets, ensuring these are met and exceeded. Handle client queries and requests swiftly and in accordance with the agreed company process. The candidate: Excellent and proven track record in B2B sales experience Target driven attitude and experience of working to and achieving challenging targets & KPI's. Ability to build and maintain client relationship and close deals and secure SLA’s. Ability to adapt your style across different function and levels within a business, dependant on the ultimate decision-maker. Ability to build and maintain client relationship Have the hunger to succeed and be highly motivated. Strong negotiation and proposal writing skills. Hold a clean driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
