Our client is a well-established specialist recruiter who liaise across a broad spectrum of businesses, from the largest PLCs all the way down to SMEs. Our client has a reputation for excellence and is seeking the ideal candidate to match this repertoire, they are looking for someone to bring in their own unique expertise and ideally build within this particular sector, therefore you must have experience in Automotive & Engineering industry recruitment. You will operate a warm desk with existing clients, whilst taking on a full 360 recruitment role. You will be expected to liaise easily and effectively with existing clients as well as winning new business and candidates. What type of person are we looking for? - Minimum two years’ experience in the relevant sector - Good billing history and strong track record - Exceptional at communicating by being clear and transparent throughout your work - Be polished and presentable, holding a high degree of professionalism - Positive work ethic, friendly and personable Why apply for this job?
