Overview
Parts Manager, Peterborough - £24-26k Bonus Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced Parts Manager to join an established Commercial Vehicle Dealership based in Peterborough. Duties • Responsible for a diverse team that will need to deliver robust parts sales growth, margin targets and reach a high level of customer service • Building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers • Work closely with the Service department to provide an efficient service and maximise sales opportunities • Overseeing the parts department operation • Develop strong internal relationships with team leaders and parts teams, to assist you in managing key accounts Essentials • Have automotive, parts and managerial experience • Be commercially aware of industry standards • Confident in knowledge of Commercial Vehicles • Previous use of Kerridge and reporting would be advantageous. • A full UK driving license Benefits • 22 days holiday per year including Bank Holidays • Pension scheme • Death in Service Hours • 45 hour per week which includes alternate Saturdays working between 6am-1pm At Clemence Rogers your right to privacy is important to us.
