Junior Sales Account Executive - Awesome tech business on the up Oldham Corona - What corona? - We are recruiting due to customer demand and growth Live Account Executive role from March 17th 2020 ( £20,000 basic for a junior exec : Up to £26,000 for more experience) Bonus structure - Great benefits - birthday off and ace great holidays We are looking for a superb communicator and a fantastic attitude and account management flair Ace role on the Renewals and Cross-Sell team. You will be working closely with the extremely successful Sales Teams who have brought in huge clients like McDonalds, KFC, Harrods, Michael Kors, Miami Heat Basketball Team and various Airports, Stadiums and Hospitals across the Globe. (irrespective of recent events) Responsibility in the role: Overall responsibility for the revenue target for a specific group of customers. You will be responsible for managing the renewals, upgrade and cross-sell performance of assigned customer revenue while maintaining a level of engagement with reseller partners to achieve personal revenue goals. To ACHIEVE: Achieve annual renewal and growth targets Ensure our customers love working with us and are successful Work as part of a team to create shared learnings and momentum Drive activity through Customer Meetings to ensure that the top of the funnel is healthy and existing customers are raving fans Maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent coverage for future quota achievement. Candidate Criteria: Sales and Account management experience a benefit Strong sales and account management experience and capability (SaaS a benefit at the higher level) Personal ownership of goals Able to maintain strong customer records and detailed plans Drive consistency in systems and processes Negotiations skills Ability to work strongly with a local and a global team Flexibility required to work with different time zones Cultural Fit Make it happen - Own it and get them done whatever it takes.
