Overview

As the B2B Telemarketer/Researcher you will be responsible for the research and identification of potential new business opportunities to aid in the the development of our clients overseas market. You will work in conjunction with Sales Directors company wide. Your aim will be to expand the customer base with a view of growing company presence overseas. Responsibilities: Identify potential new customers to gain an understanding of how your products would be beneficial Research new development opportunities within the existing customer base provide comprehensive sales support, including research of new customers and identifying key areas of opportunity Track industry competitors and their movements in the market, product trends and key drivers in the market Understand individual customers specific requirements to aid the sales team in their approach At times act as the liaison between customer and sales agent to arrange telephone/face to face consultations Develop and maintain strong relationships between internal and external parties Requirements: Proactive working approach to meet deadlines Highly organised with the ability to multi-task Result orientated and confident Good problem solver with the ability to fact find High competency level in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, as a minimum) Excellent communication ability written and verbally Further Information: Part-time hours, 20 hours p/w Permanent Home/office based Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer
