Overview

Are you an enthusiastic change agent looking to have direct impact on the future strategy of an established global provider of IT products & services? Does the prospect of working in a start-up-style new business function working across European regions excite you? I'm looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join a start up style function within a global giant. My customer is a huge player in IT Solutions and are realigning their business strategy to focus more on Digital Transformation. As a critical part of this, their business has some pivotal new roles aimed at driving a step-change in how it does business across all of its European territories. What will I be doing? Responsible for evangelizing and driving demand for this vision both internally & externally, building a strong, positive customer experience. How will I do this? Using the large existing customer and partner base, you will drive demand for their data transformation capabilities. Enable sales and pre-sales teams to sell and deliver these capabilities You'll also be required to plan and execute programs to monitor and enhance our customer experience and create strong customer advocacy. What skills do I need to do this? Knowledge of IT Services. You'll need to know your public from private cloud and how to talk about it. Ability to influence change. Can you sell a story? Drum up excitement for a new product? Create value proposition and win strategies Maintain and expand a network of productive relationships with customers. This business is a GLOBAL organisation who are undergoing a company wide change. You will be championing this change internally and externally. European Travel will be a requirement for this role. London based for 2 days per week, remaining days, working remotely.
