Overview
Our clients, a highly successful and expanding property business based in Essex, are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant / Sales Progressor in Colchester. The role will involve progressing Sales to exchange and completion in a targeted period, therefore a good knowledge of the sales process is essential, along with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Our clients are seeking someone with experience within Estate Agency or New Homes, with outstanding customer service skills. The position will involve liaising with vendors, purchasers and solicitors. In return our clients are offering a basic salary of £22000 - £24000 with on target earnings of £30,000, with a working week of Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm. Benefits include training and development, staff bonus scheme and parking.
