Our clients include 5-star Residential Developers who have numerous developments within the area, and due to expansion and growth, they are looking to add to their sales team. The ideal candidates will have a consultative approach whilst also be driven to hitting and exceeding sales targets. You must be personable and confident and have a minimum of 1 years property sales experience. The Key Responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Consultant: Greeting customers and offering exceptional customer service Building generating leads Maintain the show rooms and the marketing suite Dealing with telephone and email enquiries Updating the company's client database The ideal New Homes Sales Consultant should: Have proven New Homes, Retirement or Property Sales experience Have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets Must have impressive sales and negotiating skills Be well-presented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service Be willing to lone work but also happy to work in a team Please call or email for more information.
