Overview
Senior buisiness manager cosmetics London up to 47k Plus Bonus We are thrilled to be supporting an innovative and creative cosmetics brand with this senior, elevated role. The position sits in a London luxury department store across 2 departments, with a combined turnover of 10 million. These high profile departments are about to have a new concepts. Due to the profile and turnover you will have 4 retail managers that directly report into you. The brand is looking for a senior inspirational leader from a flagship, store or even area management background. You will have exposure to building relationships with retail partners/directors and a key part of this role will be building internal and external relationships. Ideally you could come from a cosmetics background or fashion with a keen passion for cosmetics and the brand. You and the role; You will have commercial drive and able to demonstrate sales and success, showing how you and the team have directly enhanced sales potential. You will be a natural host and able to deliver daily floor walks with real gravitas. You will have experience and understanding of managing a volume of up to multi-million pounds, able to manage a large management team. An undeniable passion interest for cosmetics, you will be leading a creative team and commercially you will understand this market. Experience within high profile department stores is desirable or able to demonstrate building internal/external relationships. Experience when managing volume with an ATV at £20 being able to support store operations and managing a slick process, so we can deliver the best shopping experience. Able to demonstrate amazing example of team development and progression. You will have a strong savvy personality, a strong ambassador and role model for our store teams.
