02508- LEAD GENERATOR OR APPOINTMENT MAKER -POOLE - £20,000 - £55,000 PA Do you have lead generation experience? Do you have appointment making experience? Bond Recruitment is currently recruiting for a LEAD GENERATOR to join a well established marketed leader with in the medical sector The company: manufacture all their equipment in house, selling the service contracts alongside the machines. This company offers a first class service and as a result often get repeat contracts the company culture is a common goal to become the master of their field with people who are friendly, out going driven people who committed to offering the highest service to clients. As part of the internal sales team, this position will provide support to the internal & external sales team through gaining a clear understanding of all the accounts and equipment in the market. By understanding specific information, the company can appropriately segment this data and target with specific marketing and sales messages. This position reports to the UK Sales Director and works closely with the sales teams in both the care and hospital sector, Sales Support and Customer Service. The role is based at Head Office in Poole. The role will also, where appropriate, seek to gain sales leads, appointments and follow ups to pass over to the sales team for processing through to a sale. This role would suit someone looking for progression into an account manager or sales role. You should have experience in high volume calls, lead generation and exceeding KPI's. The successful candidate will ideally have skills and experience in the following areas: Experience: Telephone or telephone research background essential Worked with in an environment with call volume expectations Worked in a sales team or similar environment Worked in a highly organised environment with strong administrative experience Has an eye for an opportunity Worked as part of a team Skills: Excellent communication skills Be enthusiastic, credible and dependable at all times Be tenacious Be focused and goal oriented Be comfortable with project work and sustained levels of the same activity Be able to achieve high customer satisfaction Have good organisational skills Be able to multitask Have good knowledge about sales processes Be able to work with teams or independently Be inventive and resilient Be comfortable in navigating around Excel spreadsheets; working with large data sets and pivot tables Have excellent IT skills (including Outlook, CRM and MS Word) Key Tasks Validating existing accounts in the CRM Direct phone contact to understand how sites maintain their assets Direct phone contact to establish the preferred method of handling waste Direct phone contact to understand the fundamentals of the asset base To obtain contact details for the decision maker and cleanse data Generating interest in discussing benefits of maintaining an existing asset base with an Account Manager High activity levels with direct phone contact at site/group level Supporting Account Manager with ad hoc projects to support the sales process and identify sales opportunities across the company portfolio of products and services Segment accounts: Spending accounts: Platinum (site level), Gold, Silver | Non-spending accounts: Platinum, Gold Silver to understand the assets and potential business Periodically review data to spot opportunities for Account Managers CRM Housekeeping Best Practice Analyse data on an ongoing basis to provide the sales team and the business with an update on progress and any resulting themes with the data that will provide the sales team with opportunity and further enhance our market knowledge We hope to see the successful candidate generate a high volume of leads and following a successful 12-18m initial period, look to move into a sales role with their own accounts to manage.
