Reporting to your Senior Consultant, as a Recruitment Resourcer you have the role of assisting your manager with the candidate management side of the recruitment cycle. With initial training with our Managing Director, regular training with a recruitment specialist, and ongoing on the job training with your senior manager, you will have a huge amount of support and guidance throughout your recruitment career. Daily duties include: -Analysing candidate's career intentions and asking analytical questions to understand the underlying messages of what they're looking for. -Scoping out clients in your market -Salary benchmarking -Hunting top talent for your clients through CV searching and headhunting -Creating and publishing job advertisements and reviewing ad responses -Conversing and liaising between candidates and in time some clients -Qualifying candidates ensuring they fit the client specification -Managing the interview process from initial offer to post interview feedback and job offer -Creating and dispatching regular mailshots Genesis - Who We Are We're a talent-driven agency looking to invest in your career.
