Overview
Lettings Manager Based in South West London. Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum - Basic OTE car allowance We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Manager to join a friendly estate agent based in South West London. As Lettings Manager, your job role will revolve around managing our existing property portfolio, and more importantly, growing it. You will be a champion of new business; gaining new instructions and increasing our already very established property portfolio. You will oversee the marketing of properties; making sure property particulars and viewings are arranged and you will lead all prospective viewings, making sure that on securing a let, you achieve the best yield for our clients. Person Specification for Lettings Manager: - Working knowledge within an Estate Agency based role Clean Driving Licence and own your own vehicle - ESSENTIAL Target and performance driven Demonstrator of winning new business/ instructions Strong negotiation skills Impeccable communications skills - written and verbal Key Responsibilities for Lettings Manager: - Arrange and conduct viewings Attend property valuations and convert these into instructions Tout for new business, and build a regular client base Keep up to date with competitor activity; mystery shop reporting, attend local Estate Agent forums, look out for new business opportunities
