Overview
Sales Executive Mid Kent Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm £19k - £20k ( commission) We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our well reputed, successful client based in Mid Kent to work within their busy sales team. They are looking for a driven, motivated and enthusiastic team member to join them on a full time, permanent basis. A confident and ambitious individual who is keen to get stuck in, making outbound sales calls and dealing with warm leads cross selling many products and services. If you enjoy working within a fast faced, energetic environment then please continue reading… Your duties will include: Warm telesales; calling existing and new leads to generate sales Developing and continuing sales on existing client accounts by keeping a good relationship, upselling all products and services Being proactive in selling, cross selling and up-selling products to maximise and convert sales when taking inbound telephone calls Promoting any special offers, promotions and new products at any given opportunity Being consistent in meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly team targets Working closely with the Sales Manager ensuring you are reporting competitors pricing, market trends and new products Creating and identifying new business opportunities Maintaining, managing and developing the accounts that have been allocated to you Ensuring your clients needs are met and that a high level of customer service is given at all times The successful candidate will have/be: Previous outbound telesales experience is ideal (1-2 years) Confident in asking open and probing questions Self motivated and driven Comfortable working towards KPIs and set target The ability to handle objections Exceptional customer service skills with a good level of commercial awareness A natural team player A pro-active, enthusiastic attitude A reliable, loyal and flexible attitude This Sales Executive role has very desirable bonuses including a generous commission scheme that rewards hard work and a plethora of generous benefits.
