Job Role: We are looking for a seasoned frontend developer to join our engineering team. This role requires you to be a tech-savvy contributor, capable of translating customer needs into exceptional user interfaces. You must be an acute problem solver and understand the importance in ensuring that your code is optimized both in terms of the underlying technology and in delivering the best user experience possible. Responsibilities: Work closely with design, product and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple platforms. Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, writing reusable modules with a focus on maintainability of code. Follow UI best practice principles to ensure that the product can scale. Review and optimize cross-platform app usage, monitoring key metrics and rectifying any issues proactively. Support software builds and infrastructure; learn to manage and keep our systems up and running, helping out with deployment, monitoring and logging. Collaborate with people across the business to come up with ways to automate and scale internal operations. Requirements: At Workshop, we don’t expect anyone to know all the answers. We have a culture of learning from one another, adapting fast and sharing ideas.
