Job Specification For: French Speaking Telemarketing Executive (Working from home) - Permanent - GBP24,000 pa Meyer Scott Ref: VR/07913 A great opportunity has arisen for a French Speaking Sales/Telemarketing person to join an International Manufacturing company on a working from home basis. Our client is looking for a vibrant individual to jointly help drive the sales function and find new customers. Marketing material is to be drafted to aid the sales process. The successful person will be working from home except when required to attend team meetings. The key objectives for this role is as follows: Duties to Include: Cold calling to make new appointments for the Sales Director. Follow up on calls made by the Sales Director to complete the sales cycle. Build monthly Information newsletters to send to existing and new customer base Manage product orders for assigned accounts Cultivating new orders from existing dealers Liaison between outside sales, accounts and the warehouse. Respond to enquiries regarding ordering and shipping. Assist marketing with forecasting. Open new accounts. Ensure customers are dealt with in a professional manner Ensure orders are taken and processed in a timely manner and are accurate. Ensure returns requests are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Ensure customers receive the correct information Ensure that all calls are answered in a timely and professional manner. To keep up to date with all Product knowledge and promotional offers. Any reasonable duty requested by your Line Manager. The successful candidate will have previous Sales /Marketing experience, including telephone sales. You must be fluent in both French and English (both written and Verbal). Microsoft skills to include Word, Excel And PowerPoint. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
