Overview
Are you a Commercial Agent looking for your next move? My clients are seeking an experienced Commercial Agent who has a a proven track record in sales, to join their team based in Cardiff. The role will involve: Undertaking property inspections. Negotiates lease actions for existing stores (kick-outs, terminations, lease term, extensions, rent reductions) Identifying opportunities in the market. Track performance of new stores and rebuilds Undertaking professional work including rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations Coordinates with other department before finalizing the negotiation You will have: Previous commercial or retail experience Excellent negotiation skills Results driven Highly organised Team player RICS is desirable In return my client will offer a competitive basic salary between £28,000 to £36,000 (depending on experience) plus commission.
