Latin Specialist Destination Specialist - Brighton Are you seeking a challenging tailor-made opportunity within the travel industry? Have you travelled extensively to the Polar Regions with travel industry experience and a real passion for travel? This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Travel Consultant or well-travelled Polar region enthusiast to join an expanding team for a leading, luxury tour operator based in Brighton, East Sussex. You will be creating bespoke holidays and luxury travel to the Polar Regions including Antarctica, The Arctic Circle, Greenland, Norway & Svalbard, offering excellent customer service and your first-hand knowledge. You will be passionate about travel and have specialised or extensively travelled around these destinations. POLAR REGION TRAVEL CONSULTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Creating bespoke and luxury itineraries to the Polar Regions Be the customer's immediate point of contact from the start of the booking to the end Ensure fantastic customer service is given at all times, going the extra mile Experience within adventure travel or conservation an advantage THE POLAR REGION DESTINATION SPECIALIST: Previous tailor-made travel sales experience within the luxury travel industry (ideally at least two years) or extremely well-travelled with a passion for the natural world & its wonderful wildlife In addition, the ability to deliver excellent customer service is paramount Personal knowledge of areas around The Polar Regions especially Antarctica, The Artic Circle, Greenland, Norway or Svalbard Results orientated with a positive attitude Strong organisation and time management skills Calm and patient under pressure Ambitious and motivated THE PACKAGE: A very competitive basic salary in the region of £20000 - £30000 depending on experience plus uncapped commission This is a permanent full-time position which could be the most amazing opportunity for someone who is keen to progress or join the travel industry.
