Huntress is your independent, local recruitment consultancy based in Epsom. We are dedicated to making fast connections between candidates and employers within our specialist office support, accounting & finance and IT divisions. Our highly successfully Epsom office has a current opening for a Recruitment Consultant . The environment that you would be working in is fast-paced, vibrant and every day brings a new challenge. The role focuses on hitting daily/weekly targets and we will be looking for evidence of this in previous roles. Ideally previous sales experience would be advantageous, but if you have excelled in another competitive field then this will also be considered. What does the job involve Sales- You will be developing new clients and finding out about their recruitment needs Proactive sourcing- You will need to target suitable candidates for the roles you have Interviewing- You will be meeting potential candidates to find out if they match your clients needs Desired Skills & Experience Ideally a years experience in a recruitment role or similar sales environment. To be a self-motivated, ambitious individual with strong communication skills. Confidence, drive and lots of energy Excellent customer service with an approachable manner Salary is negotiable and will be dependant on experience.
