The role An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Office to join our successful Estate Agency team in Winchester. This opportunity would suit a self-starting, highly motivated, individual seeking a career changing opportunity. Key deliverables Achieve personal financial targets and budget, maximise gross profit Ensuredelivery of timely and high quality advice and transactions to clients Ensure delivery of timely and high quality advice and transactions to clients Guide research on the outputs that will give the business a leading edge over competitors Take a leading role in the business and commit to measurable annual targets in new business and for cross-selling outside the business line Develop work by instilling client targeting and business winning disciplines across the business line High profile ambassador of there brand Has external recognition and is influential in the market Responsibilities Bill regularly and collect fees as quickly as possible Accurately forecast fees for the office when required to do so Assist in developing initiatives to improve revenue and profitability Clients and Business Development Be effective in winning new business Develop relationships and grow business from existing and new clients Identify cross selling opportunities and execute them Monitor the pipeline of current and prospective assignments for the office and action Monitor service to clients via regular reviews and promptly rectify any shortfall in quality Develop a strong network of relationships and protectively sell services across the Group People Responsible for and manages team(s) of fee earning individuals and support employees Instil an ethos of focus on business development throughout the business line and sector, and monitoring this performance Actively communicate to the team and support the vision of the development of the Residential business Succession plan for the team and coaching/mentoring of others Responsible for monitoring and review of people processes for employee engagement ensuring sufficient resources and skills to support current and future business Attend external networking events, keep abreast of market developments and share these regularly with the team and Group as required Key Skills Relationship Building Planning Sets Goals & Expectations Building Teams and Teamwork Builds Trust Communication Self Development Monitoring Person specification Experience Significant track record within the local residential sector with a broad cross section of clients Proven fee earner Able to work at a strategic level and maintains a network of senior contacts and decision makers Self starter and can work with little supervision and, where appropriate, under pressure Demonstrable record of delivery in the UK Real Estate market, with a strong transaction background and track record of substantial deals in the market place Previous experience and evidence of enhancing performance through growth and profitability Strong market profile as a new business generator What are you waiting for?
