Main: * Looking for one Panel beater to join an existing team of 3 panel beaters, due to business expansion. * Family run business working for two brothers who have been in partnership for 32 years * Excellent staff retention. * Prefer someone for the night shift but will take someone for days. * Days - 8:30am - 5:30pm Nights - 7pm - 7am Days - £15 per hour Nights - £16 + Over time - time and a half If you would like to work for an employer who genuinely cares, where you dictate how much you earn, then this the job for you. Key Tasks: * Welding new or repaired panels into place * Finishing the repair in a way that matches the rest of the bodywork or preparing the surface for a paint sprayer * Mending rusted parts of a vehicle's bodywork. * Removing any dents in panels. * Repairing minor scratches, or making replacement panels. You will work to a high standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
