Interim Building Surveying opportunity, Central London, Consultancy, Outside IR35, Commercial & Residential Hays Property & Surveying have been instructed by a small commercial consultancy based in central London who are seeking a contract building surveyor who can assist with a growing book of instructions. Your new company A London based commercial general practice surveying consultancy are looking to strengthen and expand their building surveying due to an increase in business activity. This highly successful practice predominantly operates within the M25 advising landlords, investors, occupiers and local authorities. This is a great opportunity for a contractor to continue working through a limited company outside of IR35 Your new role As an MRICS building surveyor you will be responsible for conducting regular site visits, writing building surveying reports driving billings towards the business goals. The following building surveying services will be required; dilapidations, expert witness, party wall, schedules of conditions, home buyer reports and standard building surveys. What you'll need to succeed MRICS Qualifications - Essential The organisation is looking for an independent building surveyor with rounded commercial and residential experience who has the ability to hit the ground running assisting with a growing list of instructions. The successful candidate will have the skills to work independently without supervision and training. A proven track record of completing building surveys / building reports / managing dilapidations / stock conditions / schedules of works and assisting with expert witness instructions. What you'll get in return This is a short term 3-4-month contract offering a highly competitive daily rate outside score of IR35.
