Competitive salary 27.5% OTE (uncapped), Company Car strong benefits package Field Based covering: Midlands & East Region (Warwickshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire) A new and exciting opportunity for the position of Regional Account Manager with Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS) business within the BD Life Sciences Division has arisen. Focusing on our diagnostic systems, you will be responsible for selling a range of solutions and products across the NHS and Pathology Networks. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the Midlands & East Region and have the following key accountabilities: To achieve the annually agreed sales objectives and growth within the region To drive growth through the use of the BD Way of Selling by incorporating Customer Centricity and Salesforce.com into daily activities. To develop, monitor and drive account plans and the sales strategy across the region Developing strategic partnerships as NHSI Pathology networks develop Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders within the territory up to and including C-suite. Manage complex multi-account agreements. To provide pre and post-conversion support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Work closely with technical, apps, marketing and other BD colleagues To perform a continual review of metrics, sales data and build in insights in order to recommend and make appropriate market changes to drive product growth To successfully plan and convert diagnostic solution opportunities. Coming from life sciences with microbiology and/or molecular background and previous healthcare sales in capital equipment, you will have a strong knowledge of the NHS and Pathology market. You will have a hunger and drive to develop new business as well as the ability to maintain long term relationships with key accounts.
