Residential Lettings Negotiator £18k basic OTE £23k Bridgenorth Are you working in Lettings or Estate Agency and looking for a new exciting challenge in the beautiful market town of Bridgnorth. My client are an exciting independent with a excellent market share within area, and are looking for someone who has a passion for the fast moving Lettings market and who is dealing or wants to deal with some of the best properties within the Shropshire for rental. Your role would be dealing with tenants, finding what the requirements are and then showing them the best property within the city in their price range. You will be responsible for taking care of them, and sorting all the references, and move in dates. The role will also include Taking viewings Working within the team Networking Talking to landlords Cross selling to other departments eg Sales, and Commercial Check in's Check Outs Inspections The commission is great along with the office atmosphere so busy diary and earning potential will be there from day one If you are serious about making a move, then I would love to talk to you.
