Recruitment Consultant - Moseley, Birmingham £18000-£20000 OTE Training Benefits Penguin Recruitment based in Moseley are looking to recruit an additional Recruitment Consultant to join an existing team and work alongside a Senior Recruitment Consultant working with a set number of accounts as well as getting involved in new business development enabling you to build your own client base. Covering clients across the UK, you will receive full training, a structured career path providing you with clear progression and a fun, inclusive sales environment where no one day is the same and the rewards are endless. To apply the successful Recruitment Consultant will have a strong academic background, with some previous sales experience whether in a telephone based role or face to face. The key aspect to this role though is drive and determination as it is sales after all therefore the more you put in the more you get out. The successful Recruitment Consultant will thrive under pressure, enjoy working in a targeted environment and have the motivation to excel towards weekly and monthly sales goals. Training provided will cover all aspects of the sales process, every consultant will be given specific targets to enable them to progress through the company whilst increasing their earning potential.
