Lettings Progressor - Wanstead Salary £23,000-£25,000 Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Our client is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join their Wanstead office. An Experienced and dynamic property specialist with a reputation for delivering quality services. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate to join an already successful office. We will be requiring maternity cover within our Guaranteed Rental Lettings Team and were hopeful you could help in finding a suitable candidate. Role Requirements: Prepare report of required works for the scheme and forward to owner Arrange quotations for works if required Re-visit property to ensure all works have been completed to the correct standard Carry out full inventory & photos Collate required certificates Collect or cut 3 full sets of keys Enter Property & Landlord details onto CFP Winman system and prepare file for the Admin Department Skills & Responsibilities: Keen eye for detail - Good observational skills Clean Drivers Licence and a willingness to cover long distances/time driving across London & into the Home Counties Personable and well presented Good IT and communication skills Some negotiating skills would help but not essential If you are interested in this Lettings Progressor position and would like to know more please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion.
