Our client is a reputable independent agent looking for a driven and knowledgeable lettings negotiator to join their busy lettings team in Melton Mowbray. The company actively encourages growth and development within the industry and is therefore searching for someone who is looking to grow and be valued by an employer who will encourage and progress them. The successful candidate will be presented in a smart manner, have excellent interpersonal skills both over the telephone and in person and be able to approach all situations in a calm and professional manner at all times. Duties will include : Arranging and accompanying viewings Increasing the branch portfolio working with new and current landlords Returning feedback to Landlords Negotiating rental agreements Carrying out tenancy inspections and inventories.
