Lettings Negotiator - Acton Basic Salary £14000 - £16000 plus com (£60K ote) and car allowance. Our client is and independent property company in West London dealing in all aspects of residential and commercial property including Residential Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Land & New Homes and Commercial Property. With a reputation as one of West London's fastest growing Estate agents, driven by a dynamic team of property professionals. They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator for their Acton office. Typical Responsibilities: Sourcing new business through developing relationships with landlords. Achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth Calling and meeting with landlords and prospective tenants Responding to client communications in a professional and timely manner Maintaining standards according to company policy and ARLA Liaising with the administration team Ensuring administrative records are kept up to date at all times Assisting in the collation of key performance statistics to head office Responding to telephone, website leads & using internal software Applicant and viewing management Conducting viewings with prospective tenants Ensuring all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the vendor Keeping in regular contact with all potential tenants, updating records accordingly.
