Overview

Property Consultant Due to our progressive success in the sale of homes in the Southampton, New Forest and Romsey areas, Charles Powell are expanding their team to include an additional property consultant to assist in their busy regional office in West Wellow. The role will predominantly include arranging viewings and valuation appointments, co-ordinating sales and their progression and the appropriate administration around these tasks. Candidates should ideally have some estate agency or similar experience with a proven track record, a keen attention to detail and the ability to create a cordial and honest relationship with clients at all times.
