Due to their ongoing commitment to existing accounts now have an exciting and rare opening for a Customer Success / Relationship Manager to join their N1 sales function. As a Relationship Manager, you will: Deliver successful and effective customer support to existing accounts Manage workflows from onboarding through to account renewals Complete all required admin to administer and set-up new user accounts Cover accounts in Europe and the US Receive comprehensive and ongoing training Have genuine opportunities for rapid career progression Relationship Manager applications are invited from: Degree educated candidates (2019) who have a strong desire to break into sales/account management Those with experience in delivering or an appreciation for first class customer service Commercially aware candidates who have exceptional communication and presentation skills Those with the ability to liaise at the highest of levels, with gravitas Technically minded individuals with an interest in data, technology and the global economy Those free to travel (as required) The successful Relationship Manager will be offered: A 23-27k base salary A full and overly generous benefits package Pension Full training International Travel Career progression Certus Graduate Recruitment is a specialist provider of graduate and early career recruitment solutions across the UK and Europe.
