RMN Staff Nurse (Precep Considered), The Copse . As a Qualified Nurse, you will be used to delivering high-quality person-centred care, with the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. . With flexibility and self-motivation, you will have excellent communication skills and an understanding of the importance of the therapeutic social environment, while enjoying the satisfaction that comes with seeing people in your care improve. . A full induction and training package will be provided prior to working on the unit, along with on-going support for professional development. . Where you will be working Location: The Copse, Beechmount Close, Oldmixon, Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset, BS24 9EX . You will be working at The Copse, a rehabilitation service for men and women requiring a medium term placement focusing on active rehabilitation in order to progress into future community placements. Service users may or may not be detained under the Mental Health Act (1983) with a diagnosis of mental illness. . The Copse is a rehabilitation recovery service for men and women with a mental health problem. Service Users typically come from either acute or low secure hospitals, or directly from the community. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support service users to maintain links with family and friends, gain opportunities and prepare for community living. What you will get .
