This is an amazing opportunity to join a business which are truly unique in their approach and want to truly make a difference to people's lives. They work with major clients such as Asda, Virgin and Hilton, have experienced massive growth YOY and are truly going places. You can expect to progress twice within the first 2 years alone as the role progresses initially from a New Business position in to an Account Management / Customer Success role. You will also be given the opportunity to move in to management within 2 years and start to build a team. You will be working autonomously with flexibility to take ownership of your own accounts within your designated territory. This new business position will be focussing on delivering generating revenue from clients that haven't previously worked with the business before but also an element of dormant accounts too. The beauty of the solution is that it would benefit every business out there so you will not be short of prospective clients. There will be a 6 week extensive onboarding training programme put in place from experienced trainers alongside support from an internal team. There is not micromanagement within the position, however as an experienced sales person, you will be aware of the activity levels required. The company believe on everyone bringing their whole selves to work which is shown from excellent ratings across the likes of LinkedIn and Glassdoor. They are looking for someone to have sold to senior HR decision makers, ideally around software, training and other services. Responsibilities: Customer Success Executive- Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets in the form of signings and revenue focussed Growing your own client based using strategic research and pro-actively contacting prospective clients Building and maintaining executive and senior management relationships Experience of selling on a licence, subscription, software, consultative sell environment Outlining your own sales pipeline within your territory Strategically managing sales relationships to facilitate lead generation, pipeline growth and account mapping Highlighting awareness to your market to the HR team and other market leaders Competencies: Customer Success Executive Desirable market knowledge in positioning market leading solutions Exceptional written and verbal skills Ability to use initiative to develop own network internally Proven track record for identifying and closing new business deals Confident in client facing opportunities and fulfilling clients expectations Provide steady pipeline opportunities, managing account decision making process to ensure revenue is achieved Provide accurate and timely account pipeline reports, account plan updates and sales forecasts Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Manager, New Business, Software As A Service, SaaS, HR, WFM, HCM, ELearning, e-learning, online training, Field Sales, internal sales, inside sales
