Overview

This market leading company is recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join their hugely successful business. Upon joining you will receive a great remuneration package in excess of £55K and there will be opportunities to progress for those who are motivated and hard working. THE ROLE : In your role as Sales Account Manager you will be selling a range of products that are used in a laboratory setting. You will be selling directly to the end users and full supply chains. With a focus on account management you will need to effectively upsell and upkeep strong business relationships. There will be a small element of new business to ensure your territory grows and your leads will come from self-sourced searches, a fully cleansed CRM system, and leads passed by an internal team. Covering the South West region your points of contact will be lab operators, distributors, buyers and procurement teams. THE PERSON: You will be a sales professional with experience selling into manufacturers. If you have experience selling into laboratories this is preferred but not essential as our client is offering full product training. You must have the ability to build relationships with end users, so an outgoing, friendly, motivated personality profile will fit this role well. You will be working autonomously, where you will play a pivotal part in growing the South West territory. This will create excellent long-term opportunities for the right individual.
