As a multi-award winning firm, the company specialise within the Gaming & Fashion market working with FTSE 100 & Fortune 500 companies such as: Microsoft Net-a-Porter Asos Sony UbiSoft EA BooHoo The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant : The successful candidates will join the company’s already successful team in their head offices in London’s’ financial sector. As with all recruitment roles, the position offers the opportunity to progress in a rapidly growing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a clear idea of the entire recruitment process as well as managing interviews for prospective candidates. Additionally, meeting with existing and new clients in order to better understand their needs. One on one training will be given from day one by a senior consultant enabling the candidate to learn from an experienced professional. Candidates must have a university degree of at least a 2:2 and display excellent communication skills.
