Graduate Sales Central Bristol £20,000 to £25,000 Basic Salary (£40,000 - £50,000 OTE Full Training Progression Generous Holiday & Benefits Package) Graduate Sales professional required by a rapidly growing company in central Bristol for this office based business to business role. The role is initially new business but moves to account management as you keep any clients that you bring on board. The Graduate Sales role will suit individuals with real drive to win new clients. This job has an amazing commission structure that is totally uncapped. You will also have regular pay reviews. The office environment is really motivational, fun and you will work in a great team. The Graduate Sales Role: New business sales role progressing to account management. Business to business position dealing with senior decision makers. Full sales cycle from sourcing leads to closing. The Graduate Sales Professional: Will ideally have some sales experience or similar. Can have sold any product or service. Confident communicator and competitive. Non Graduates with relevant sales work experience are also encouraged to apply.
