Overview

POST- Recruitment are searching for an ambitious, Swedish speaking Appointment Setter/Business Development Executive to develop a set of new and existing relationships for an award winning multinational brand via telephone and email. The role will involve international calling setting appointments in a business to business sales environment calling into Sweden. Your responsibilities include ascertaining whether potential clients might be interested in our products and services, and then scheduling a time for our client's field-based Sales Representatives to meet with each client. To be successful as an Appointment Setter/Business Development Executive, you should be determined to achieve and exceed your targets and you will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales process, including ways in which to generate clients' interest in meeting with our client's Sales Representatives. Responsibilities: Familiarising yourself with essential details of our client's products and services. Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you. Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise. Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services our client offers. Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and field-based Sales Representatives. Keeping a detailed log of calls on a CRM, including those which were not answered. Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact. Requirements: Must be fluent in Swedish, ideally a native speaker Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, Business Development Executive or similar will be advantageous. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette. Professional and courteous disposition. Persuasive and results-oriented.
