Lettings Manager

Role: Lettings Manager Location: Pontefract, West Yorkshire Salary: £19,000 - £24,000 uncapped commission (OTE £30,000) Description: Are you an Energetic Lettings Manager with proven experience within the property sector? If so read on Our client is one of the UKs leading National Estate Agencies. Due to expansion they are looking for a Lettings Manager to head up their busy lettings department based out of their well-established and successful Pontefract branch, in West Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will be professional and extremely proactive in their approach; highly enthusiastic and ambitious with strong people management skills. As well as a proven track record in Estate Agency or Residential lettings the successful Lettings Manager will also be responsible for generating new business and providing exceptional customer service to their existing client base. If you are a customer service focused Lettings Manager then this could be the role for you, in return you can expect a basic salary of between £19,000 - £24,000 dependent upon experience, plus uncapped bonus and car / car allowance. Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing the lettings for the office Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants Registering enquiries and arranging appointments Following up enquiries Co-ordinating move-ins Processing payments (deposits first month's rent etc) Occasional property inspections when required Working as part of the Lettings team and covering other negotiators if required Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team Requirements: Experience in residential sales or lettings Great communication skills, both verbal and written Good attention to detail Strong management skills Excellent problem-solving skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently A full UK driving licence Proficient in Microsoft Office This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Lettings Manager looking to join an extremely successful national estate agency group.
